You can log into your Anlorybear account at any time to access your order and tracking details. If you haven’t created an account, you can create one using the email address associated with your order to view your details.

We also send a separate email once your item has shipped with your tracking details. Please make sure to check your Spam folder and add ‘support@anlorybear.com’ as a safe sender to receive all future confirmation emails.
