For all domestic returns, once submitted, you will receive a prepaid label or return instructions via email. Please do not combine multiple returns from different orders in one package as this will prevent or delay your return.

US Returns: there is a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. This is waived if you return for store credit or process an exchange instead.

Canadian Returns: Returns are subject to a $20 CAD fee for the return shipping label.

Australian Returns: Returns are subject to a $15 AUD fee for the return shipping label.

For returns outside of North America & Australia, you will be responsible for your return shipping costs. To ensure your return is processed promptly, please email us your tracking number at support@anlorybear.com and keep your return receipt.

As a reminder, all initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
